Its called 420. In Toronto on April 20th, thousands and thousands of people would gather at Queen's Park (a park very close to my college) and smoke weed.
Like what the f**k man. I know weed is a very common thing in the western civilization but hey, its not like Toronto is Armsterdam. So it's still illegal to posses weed here, but the authorities just turn a blind eye to it.
So i'm gonna mark my calander on April the 20th and see how it all goes down (:
